Tracking replies in your Inbox
See every brand reply in one place and keep the conversation going.
Your Inbox is where every reply to your outreach lands, threaded into a single conversation per contact. Instead of hopping between your email client and PitchBrand, you can read replies, see how each one was classified, and respond — all in one place. Here's how to work through it.
Finding and reading a reply
Goal: open a conversation and catch up on the full back-and-forth.
- Open Inbox from the left nav. The list on the left shows one row per conversation, newest activity first.
- Unread conversations show a small blue dot on the contact's avatar and appear in bolder text.
- Click any row to open the full thread on the right. Opening a conversation marks it as read.
- Scroll the thread to read every message — your sent emails and their replies are all in order, ending at the most recent.
The inbox refreshes itself in the background, so new replies appear without you reloading the page.
Who replied
If someone other than your original contact answers (say, a colleague they looped in), the row shows the new sender's name with a small via line underneath naming the original contact, so you always know who you first reached out to.
Searching and narrowing the list
Use the search box at the top of the list to find a conversation by contact name or subject. For more control, click the filter button (the funnel icon) to filter by Sentiment, by read Status (All messages, Unread only, Read only), or by View (Active vs. Archived). A badge on the funnel shows how many filters are active, and Clear all filters resets them. See Reply sentiment and filtering for what each label means.
Replying and staying organized
To answer, type in the composer at the bottom of the thread and send. After you hit send there's a brief undo window in case you want to pull it back. If PitchBrand has prepared a suggested reply, you'll see a draft card above the composer — more on that in Analyzing replies with
Pam.
Once a conversation is handled, archive it to clear it from your active list. For the fastest way to move through replies, see Inbox keyboard shortcuts, bulk select and archiving.
