Finding emails with the Email Finder

The Email Finder lets you look up decision-makers at any company by its website domain — handy when you already know a brand and just want the right people and their verified emails.

Run a search

1. Open Email Finder from the sidebar.
2. Type a domain into the box (it reads company.com) and click Search or press Enter.
3. To look up several companies at once, add more rows: type a comma, press Shift + Enter, or paste a list of domains. You can search up to 5 domains at a time.

While it works, an animated globe shows the search in progress. Each domain fills in one at a time.

Read the results

If you searched more than one domain, a tab appears for each — click between them to switch companies. Each tab shows how many contacts were found. For each contact you get their name, title, a LinkedIn link where available, and an email.

Verified emails start locked behind an Unlock button. Click Unlock to reveal one (this spends 1 credit). Once unlocked, a green checkmark marks the row and a copy button appears next to the email. Use the pitch menu on the right of any row to write an email or add the contact to your outreach queue.

If a domain has no verified people, you will see "No verified contacts" — we only show emails that pass our internal checks.

Recent searches

Past searches are saved in the Recent sidebar (on mobile, tap the history icon at the bottom right). Click any domain to run it again, hover and click the X to remove one, or use Clear to wipe the list.

Heads up: Email Finder is a paid feature. On a free plan you will be prompted to upgrade. To unlock several emails at once, see bulk-unlocking emails.
