Connect PitchBrand to Claude & ChatGPT

Connect PitchBrand to your AI assistant and work straight from chat. Once connected, you can ask Claude or ChatGPT to search brands, pull your personalized recommendations, unlock the right contacts, keep your pipeline up to date, and draft pitches in your voice — all using your real PitchBrand account.

This uses the Model Context Protocol (MCP), an open standard for connecting AI tools to apps. PitchBrand for AI assistants is currently in early access.

What your assistant can do

• Find & research — search the brand database, pull your "For You" recommendations, and look up any brand or contact.
• Unlock contacts — reveal a contact's email. This spends a credit, so your assistant always confirms with you before it does.
• Manage your pipeline — move contacts between stages and add tags.
• Check your numbers — see your outreach stats, remaining credits, and inbox replies.

Your assistant can draft a pitch for you, but it can't send email on your behalf — you always send from PitchBrand.

Connecting

Goal: copy your connection URL from PitchBrand, then add it as a custom connector in your AI tool. You sign in through PitchBrand and approve — your assistant never sees your password.

First, go to Settings → Integrations and open the Claude & ChatGPT card to find and copy your connection URL.

Claude

1. In Claude, open Settings → Connectors.
2. Click Add custom connector.
3. Paste your connection URL and click Add.
4. Click Connect, sign in to PitchBrand, and approve.

Available on Claude Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise.

ChatGPT

1. In ChatGPT, open Settings → Connectors → Advanced and turn on Developer mode.
2. Back in Connectors, click Add custom connector.
3. Add a name, paste your connection URL, and create it.
4. Sign in to PitchBrand and approve, then turn the connector on for a chat from the + menu under Developer mode.

Requires ChatGPT developer mode, available on Plus, Pro, Business, and Enterprise.

Choosing what it can do

By default a connected assistant can only read your data. In the Claude & ChatGPT card you can grant two more abilities with a toggle:

• Unlock contacts — let your assistant spend credits to reveal contact emails.
• Manage your pipeline — let it move contacts between stages and add tags.

You can switch these on or off at any time. The change takes effect immediately — there's no need to reconnect.

A note on credits & privacy

Unlocking a contact through your assistant spends a credit, exactly like unlocking in the app — so it always asks first. Your assistant only ever sees data for your account, and you stay in control: revoke access from your AI tool's connector settings, or switch the permissions off in PitchBrand, whenever you like.
