Quick start: signup to your first pitch

A 10-minute path from creating your account to sending your first personalized pitch.

This is the fastest path from signing up to having your first pitch in the queue. The whole thing takes a few minutes, and the agents do most of the work.

1. Sign up and meet ScoutScout

After you create your account, ScoutScout opens a short chat to learn about you. It is about a 2-minute conversation — Scout asks for your name, then asks about your work as a creator. Just answer naturally; there is nothing to format.

2. Review your profile

When the chat wraps up, ScoutScout builds a profile from your answers and shows it on the Review your profile screen. Check and edit any field — Name, Creator type, Portfolio link, Bio, Content specialties, Target brands & industries, and Collaboration goals — then press Continue.

Next you will see a quick earnings view where you set your rate per deal and how many deals you want to land. Press Continue again while ScoutScout finds your first matches and PennyPenny writes a personalized pitch for each one.

3. Preview your first pitches

You land on Your personalized pitches, where PennyPenny has drafted a custom sequence for each matched contact. Click any contact to edit their pitch, then press Continue. You will be taken to pick a plan so your agents can start working — see Credits & plans.

4. Connect your email

Before anything sends, connect the inbox you want to send from. Open Settings, go to the Mailbox tab, and pick Gmail, Outlook, or Other Email (IMAP). Full steps are in Connecting your email.

5. Send your first pitch

Head to the Outreach page. Your pitches sit in the Queued tab, where you can review, edit, reorder, or skip them before they go out. When outreach is turned on, emails send automatically throughout the day, spaced out to protect your sender reputation. Once sent, they move to In Progress, and replies show up in your Inbox.

Tip: You do not have to wait for the queue. On Overview, hit Pitch on any recommended contact to write and send one right now.
