Connect PitchBrand to Zapier
Send your outreach activity to 7,000+ apps — get a Slack ping on every interested reply, log contacts to a sheet, and more.
Zapier connects PitchBrand to over 7,000 other apps — Slack, Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable, HubSpot, and more — without any code. When something happens in your outreach, Zapier can automatically send that information wherever you want it. The most popular use: get an instant Slack message (or a new CRM row) the moment a brand replies that they're interested.
What you can automate
PitchBrand sends four kinds of activity to Zapier. Each one can start a "Zap" (an automation):
- Contact saved — a new contact lands in your list.
- Email sent — an outreach email goes out to a brand.
- Reply received — a brand replies. This includes the detected sentiment (for example interested), so you can act only on the replies that matter.
- Contact stage changed — a contact moves between stages like contacted, responded, or qualified.
Integrations are available on the new PitchBrand experience for active subscribers.
Connecting your account
Goal: create an API key and use it to link PitchBrand inside Zapier. PitchBrand for Zapier is currently in early access, so you add it through a direct link rather than the Zapier app directory.
- Go to Settings → Integrations and open the Zapier card.
- Click Connect Zapier. A key starting with
pb_live_appears. - Copy the key right away and keep it somewhere safe — for security, it's shown only once. If you lose it, just revoke it and create a new one.
- Click Open PitchBrand in Zapier on the same screen. This adds the PitchBrand app to your Zapier account.
- Create a new Zap, choose PitchBrand, and when prompted to connect your account, paste your API key.
- Choose a trigger (such as Reply received), then pick the app and action where the data should go.
Tip: only act on interested replies
The Reply received trigger fires for every reply. To react only to hot leads, add a Zapier Filter step that continues only when the sentiment is interested. That way your Slack channel or CRM only lights up for replies worth your time.
Managing and revoking keys
You can have several keys at once — handy if you run more than one Zap. Each key in Settings → Integrations shows when it was last used. To turn off an integration, click Revoke; any Zap using that key stops immediately. Your keys also stop working automatically if your subscription lapses.
A note on privacy
Reply events include a short preview (snippet) of the message plus the contact's name and email — never the full email body or your mailbox credentials. You're always in control: revoke a key at any time to stop sending data.
