Email deliverability basics
Simple habits that keep your emails landing in inboxes, not spam.
Deliverability is simply whether your pitches land in the inbox instead of spam. Because PitchBrand sends through your own connected inbox — not a bulk blaster — your emails behave like normal personal email. A few habits keep it that way.
Send like a human, not a machine
Your Outreach Settings give you the controls that matter most here:
- Daily Limit — under the Sending section, a slider sets the maximum emails sent per day across all contacts (1–30/day). PitchBrand spreads sends through the day rather than firing them all at once, which protects your reputation. Lower and steady is safer than high and spiky.
- Schedule — set your Sending Days, Timezone, and a Start Time/End Time window. Sending during business hours in your audience's timezone looks natural and tends to get better engagement.
See setting your send limit and schedule for the step-by-step.
Open tracking: leave it off unless you need it
Under Tracking in Outreach Settings there's an Open Tracking toggle. It shows when a recipient opens your email by loading a tiny invisible image from our servers. That pixel can nudge emails toward spam, so PitchBrand recommends keeping it off unless you genuinely want the open data. Plain emails without a tracking pixel are friendlier to inboxes.
Write emails that earn replies
Personalized, relevant pitches are the single biggest deliverability lever — engagement (especially replies) tells inbox providers your mail is wanted. Keep pitches concise and specific to each brand, and let
Chase handle follow-ups, which stop automatically once a brand replies.
Connect a healthy inbox
Send from a real, established inbox you already use. Brand-new addresses with no history are more likely to be filtered. Make sure your email stays connected in Settings → Mailbox so sends never stall.
