Understanding usage & verified contacts

See how many verified contacts you can still unlock and when your allowance renews.

Verified contact emails are the one thing that costs us money to surface, so each plan includes a monthly number of them. Everything else you do in the app is unlimited.

What a credit is

In the app, your verified-contact allowance is tracked as credits — one credit unlocks one contact's email. AI drafting, sending outreach, follow-ups, brand research, templates, and analytics don't use credits at all. They're unlimited on every plan.

Your plan sets how many verified contacts you can unlock each month:

  • Starter — 250 verified contacts per month.
  • Outreach Plus — 1,000 verified contacts per month.
  • Agency — a custom monthly volume.

Where your credits show

Your current balance appears as a credits count on your overview, so you always know how many unlocks you have left. When you unlock a contact's email, the balance updates right away.

If you ever try to unlock a contact with no credits left, PitchBrand will let you know rather than charging you by surprise.

How renewal works

Credits refresh with your monthly plan allotment — your balance returns to your plan's amount each billing cycle. They aren't designed to roll over, so it's worth putting them to work each month by unlocking the brands you actually want to pitch.

Need more headroom? Moving from Starter to Outreach Plus takes your monthly verified contacts from 250 to 1,000 and adds Autopilot. See Upgrading to Outreach Plus.
