Turning Autopilot on & off (Outreach Plus)

Let PitchBrand find brands, write pitches, and queue them automatically.

Autopilot keeps your outreach running without you lifting a finger. It finds brands that match your profile, writes a personalized pitch for each one, and queues them in your send window — so your queue refills itself. Autopilot is available on the Outreach Plus and Agency plans.

Turning Autopilot on

Goal: let PitchBrand find brands and queue pitches automatically.

  1. Go to Outreach and click the settings (gear) icon in the top right.
  2. Scroll to the Autopilot section.
  3. Flip the Autopilot toggle on. A short setup window appears.
  4. Pick how each pitch is written: AI personalization (a tailored pitch for every brand) or My template (sends your wording with merge tags filled in, no AI rewriting).
  5. If you chose My template, select one from the dropdown, then click Enable Autopilot.

Once enabled, you'll see an Autopilot is enabled badge in the Outreach header, and your first batch of pitches usually starts queuing right away.

Tip: You'll need a connected email account before you can switch Autopilot on — the toggle stays disabled until you do. If it's off, the setting shows "Connect an email account to enable Autopilot."

Changing or turning it off

With Autopilot on, the settings panel shows your current content source. Click Change to switch between AI personalization and a template. To stop it entirely, flip the Autopilot toggle off — your queued pitches stay put, but no new ones are added.

On the Starter plan?

If you're on Starter ($29/mo), the Autopilot section shows a locked card with an Upgrade to Outreach Plus button. You can still build and send outreach manually; Autopilot is the piece that requires Outreach Plus or Agency.
