Organizing brands into Lists

Group brands into lists to keep your prospecting organized.

Lists keep your prospecting organized. Group brands by campaign, niche, or priority so you can come back to them later and work through them in batches.

Add a single brand to a list

  1. Open a brand's profile and click Add to List at the top right.
  2. In the Add to List window, click a list to add the brand — a checkmark confirms it. Click again to remove it.
  3. No lists yet? Click Create new list at the bottom to make one on the spot.

Add several brands at once

On the Brands page, check the boxes next to the brands you want, then use the bottom action bar to add them to a list. The same window appears, and a partial checkmark shows when only some of your selected brands are already in a given list. You will see a confirmation like "Added 5 brands to list."

Switch between your lists

Your lists show as pills along the top of the Brands page. Click a pill to filter the table to just that list. Click Create new list to add another, and drag pills to reorder them.

Brands view vs. Contacts view

When a list is active, a Brands / Contacts toggle appears. Brands shows the companies in the list. Switch to Contacts to see all the verified contacts across those brands in one place — searchable by name or title.

In the Contacts view you can select contacts and use the bottom bar to Add to Outreach; any locked emails are unlocked first (1 credit each), with a confirmation showing the cost. If a list has no verified contacts yet, open a brand in the list to discover them.
