The daily 15-minute PitchBrand routine

A short daily habit to keep deals flowing without the overwhelm.

Landing brand deals is not about one heroic afternoon of pitching. It is about showing up for a few minutes every day. The good news: with PitchBrand doing the heavy lifting, your daily check-in takes about 15 minutes. Here is a simple, repeatable routine that keeps your pipeline moving without taking over your life.

Minutes 1-3: Start on Overview

Open Overview first. It is your morning dashboard — a quick read on how many emails went out, who has replied, and where your momentum is. You are not making decisions here yet, just orienting yourself. If something jumps out (a spike in replies, an empty queue), you will know where to spend the next ten minutes.

Minutes 4-9: Clear the Inbox

Replies are the whole point, so handle them while they are warm. Open Inbox and work top to bottom. Anything positive deserves a same-day response — speed is a real advantage. If you are not sure how to reply, open PamPam, your inbox assistant, and ask her to draft something in your voice. As you process each thread, the matching contact's stage updates so your pipeline stays honest. For the full reply playbook, see tracking replies in your inbox.

Minutes 10-14: Review the Outreach queue

Head to Outreach and glance at the Queued tab. These are pitches generated and waiting to send. Skim a few — edit anything that feels off, reorder the ones you care most about to the top, or skip any that are not a fit. Then peek at In Progress to see what is mid-sequence; follow-ups go out automatically and stop the moment a contact replies, so there is rarely anything to do here. If you are on Autopilot, your queue refills itself, so this is a light review, not a chore.

Minute 15: Top up if the queue is thin

If the Queued tab is running low and you are not on Autopilot, spend your last minute adding fuel. Pop into Brands or Audience Builder, unlock a handful of fresh contacts, and use Add to Outreach to drop them in. Tomorrow's queue is now full. For the hands-off version, see how Autopilot works.

Make it stick

Consistency beats intensity. Fifteen focused minutes a day will out-perform a frantic three-hour session once a month, because outreach compounds — every email sent today becomes a reply next week. Anchor the routine to something you already do (morning coffee, end of a work block) and let PitchBrand handle the rest. If you want to go deeper on getting responses, read how to get more replies.
