What is PitchBrand and how does it work?

PitchBrand helps you land more brand deals by turning cold outreach into a simple, repeatable flow. You discover the right brands and contacts, your pitches go out automatically, and every reply lands back in one inbox. A team of five AI agents does the heavy lifting at each step.

How the flow works

Everything moves left to right through three stages, and your Overview page is the front door. Here is the funnel:

1. Discover brands and contacts. On Overview, Scout shows you fresh contacts at brands that match your niche. You can also search the full Brands database, build a list in Audience Builder, find verified emails with Email Finder, or pull local businesses from Local.
2. Send your outreach. When you pick a contact, you either write a quick email right now or Add to outreach. The Outreach queue sends your pitches automatically and runs follow-ups on a schedule you control.
3. Handle replies. Every brand response syncs into your Inbox. When someone replies, follow-ups stop automatically so you never double-message a warm lead.

From the Overview page

When you open the app you land on Overview. Scout greets you with a list of recommended contacts. For each one you can:

• Pitch — unlock the email and open a compose window to write and send right away.
• Save — unlock the contact and keep it for later.
• Ignore — dismiss the opportunity (with an undo if you change your mind).

Meet your AI team

Five agents power the app, each in a different place:

• Scout — researches and finds brands. Lives on Overview and Brands.
• Penny — writes your pitch copy inside the compose window.
• Ari — your outreach strategist, on the Outreach page.
• Chase — sends your automated follow-ups behind the scenes.
• Pam — triages and summarizes replies in your Inbox.
