Account security: password, 2FA & sessions
Keep your account safe with a strong password, 2FA, and session control.
Your account security settings live in Settings → Security. From there you can change the email you sign in with and update your password.
Change your login email
This is the email address you use to sign in to PitchBrand — separate from the inbox you send outreach from.
- Open Settings → Security. Your Current email is shown at the top.
- Enter your new address under New login email.
- Click Send confirmation.
- For security, the change only takes effect after you confirm it by email — check both inboxes to confirm.
If you've already confirmed a new address but the app still shows the old one, a Sync confirmed email button appears so you can bring them in line.
Update your password
- In Settings → Security, scroll to the Password section.
- Fill in Current Password, New Password, and Confirm New Password.
- Click Save.
Tip: Use a password you don't reuse anywhere else.
A note on two-factor & sessions
PitchBrand doesn't currently offer in-app two-factor authentication (2FA) or a session manager for signing out other devices — the Security tab covers your login email and password. The best protection today is a strong, unique password. If you sign in with Google, your Google account's own 2FA still protects that sign-in.
