Bulk actions in the queue

When you have a lot of pitches lined up, editing them one by one is slow. The queue lets you select several emails at once and act on all of them together — skip them, jump them to the top, or swap their template.

Selecting emails

1. Go to Outreach and open the Queued tab.
2. Tick the checkbox on each contact card you want to include.
3. A floating action bar appears at the bottom showing how many are selected (e.g. "3 emails selected").

Use Select all in the bar to grab everything in the current tab, or Deselect all to clear. The X on the bar clears your selection too.

What you can do

The actions available depend on which tab you're on:

On the Queued tab

• Move to top — jumps the selected pitches to the front of the queue so they send next.
• Change template — re-applies a different template to the selected sequences. The content is fully regenerated, and any that are already sending or sent are skipped.
• Skip — removes the selected pitches from sending.

On the In Progress tab

• Skip — cancels the selected sequences, including their pending follow-ups.

Tip: Changing the template regenerates the wording from scratch, so use it when you want a different angle for a whole batch — not for small one-off tweaks. For those, edit each email directly per editing the queue.
