Bulk-unlocking emails to save time

When the Email Finder turns up a long list of contacts, you don't have to unlock them one at a time. Select the ones you want and unlock them all in a single step. Each unlock costs 1 credit.

Select the contacts

1. Run a search in Email Finder for one or more domains.
2. Check the box next to each locked contact you want to unlock. To grab everything on the current tab, use the checkbox in the table header.
3. Already-unlocked contacts show a green checkmark instead of a checkbox — they don't cost anything and aren't part of the selection.

Your selection carries across tabs, so you can pick contacts from several domains before unlocking.

Unlock the selection

As soon as you select at least one locked contact, a bar appears at the bottom of the screen showing how many contacts are selected. To unlock them:

1. Click Unlock — X credits. The number tells you exactly how many credits it will cost (1 per contact).
2. A confirmation appears: "Use X credits?" Click Confirm to go ahead, or Cancel to back out.
3. The selected emails reveal at once and your credit balance updates.

To drop your selection without unlocking, click the X on the right of the bar.

Tip: The same bottom bar shows up across the app whenever you multi-select contacts — for example in Audience Builder and inside Lists — so the unlock flow feels the same everywhere. If you don't have enough credits, the action is disabled until you top up.
