Managing your subscription & plan

PitchBrand runs on a simple subscription. This guide covers the live plans, how billing works, and how to subscribe, change, or cancel — all from one place.

The plans

Every plan includes all five AI agents (Scout, Penny, Ari, Chase, and Pam), unlimited outreach emails, unlimited templates, AI-written pitches, reply tracking, and campaign analytics. They differ on monthly verified contacts and Autopilot:

• Starter — $29/mo or $199/yr. 250 verified contacts per month. No Autopilot.
• Outreach Plus — $49/mo or $349/yr. 1,000 verified contacts per month, plus Autopilot. Marked Most popular.
• Agency — custom pricing for teams managing multiple creators. Reach out to support@pitchbrand.co.

Verified contacts are real decision-maker emails that have passed our verification checks. The app tracks them as credits — one credit unlocks one contact. Everything else is unlimited. See Understanding usage & verified contacts for more.

Monthly or yearly

On the plan picker you'll see a Monthly / Yearly toggle. Yearly bills once for the full year and saves you roughly 40% versus paying month to month. You can pick whichever suits you at checkout.

How to subscribe

1. When you reach the plan screen, use the Monthly / Yearly toggle to choose your billing cycle.
2. On the plan you want, click Checkout.
3. Complete our secure checkout.

Tip: One brand deal usually covers months of PitchBrand, so most creators start on Outreach Plus to get Autopilot from day one.

Manage or cancel

Open Settings, then the Billing tab. You'll see which plan you're on and buttons to manage it.

1. Go to Settings → Billing.
2. To cancel, click Cancel and follow the steps in the cancellation flow (you'll confirm by typing CANCEL).
3. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of your current billing period — no immediate cutoff.

Changed your mind? If a cancellation is scheduled, a Reactivate button appears on the same screen so you can pick right back up. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees.
