Updating payment & downloading invoices

Change your card and grab invoices for your records.

Your card details and billing history are handled securely through our billing portal. You reach all of it from the same place in the app.

Update your payment method

  1. Open Settings → Billing.
  2. Click Payment Method. This opens your billing portal at the card-update screen.
  3. Add or replace your card, then save. The change applies to your next charge.

Tip: If a charge fails, your account is paused but nothing is lost — your contacts, lists, and queued follow-ups stay safe. Just update your card to restore access.

Download invoices & billing history

  1. Open Settings → Billing.
  2. Click Invoices. This opens the billing portal where you can view and download every invoice on your account.

If your payment is past due

When a payment doesn't go through, you'll see a Your last payment failed screen or a Your payment is past due notice in Settings → Billing. Either one has an Update payment method button that opens the billing portal so you can fix the card and reactivate.

Once the updated card is charged successfully, your access comes right back — your contacts and lists are exactly where you left them. If anything looks off, use Contact support from the billing-issue screen.
