Setting your daily send limit & schedule
Control how many emails go out each day and when they send.
Your sending schedule decides when outreach goes out and how much goes out each day. Getting it right keeps your emails landing during business hours and protects your sender reputation. Everything lives in Outreach Settings, and changes save automatically as you make them.
Opening your settings
- Go to Outreach.
- Click the settings (gear) icon in the top right.
You'll land on Outreach Settings, with three sections that control sending: Schedule, Sending, and Tracking.
Setting your schedule
Goal: choose the days and hours your emails are allowed to send.
- Under Schedule, tap each day under Sending Days to toggle it on or off (defaults to Mon–Fri).
- Pick your Timezone — ideally your audience's, so emails land during their workday.
- Set Start Time and End Time to define your send window (the default is 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM). Emails only send between these times. The end time must be after the start time.
Setting your daily limit
Goal: cap how many emails go out per day.
- Under Sending, drag the Daily Limit slider.
- Choose anywhere from 1 to 30 emails per day. The badge shows your current setting (e.g. "20/day").
This is the maximum number of emails sent per day across all of your contacts combined.
Tip: If you're warming up a newer email account, start low and ramp up gradually rather than maxing out the limit on day one.
Open tracking (optional)
Under Tracking, you can switch on Open Tracking to see when recipients open your emails. Heads up: it can nudge emails toward spam, so we'd leave it off unless you really want the data.
To temporarily stop everything regardless of your schedule, see pausing & resuming outreach.
