Editing, skipping & reordering queued emails

Tweak any email before it sends — edit copy, skip, or change the order.

Every queued email is fully editable before it sends. You can rewrite the copy, change the order they go out, adjust follow-up timing, or skip a pitch entirely — all from the Outreach page. Changes save automatically as you make them.

Editing a pitch

Goal: tweak the wording before an email goes out.

  1. On the Queued tab, click a contact to open their sequence on the right.
  2. Edit the Subject line or the email body directly in the step card.
  3. Add files with Attach files (up to 5 per email) if needed.

You'll see Autosaving and then Saved at the bottom of the panel — there's no separate save button. You can only edit steps that haven't sent yet (queued, pending, or scheduled).

Reordering the queue

Goal: change the order pitches send in.

On the Queued tab, drag a contact card up or down the list to reorder it. The new order saves automatically and determines who gets emailed next.

Skipping a pitch

Goal: remove a contact you don't want to email.

  1. Open the contact and click the Remove (trash) button near their name, then confirm.
  2. If that contact has pending follow-ups, you'll be asked to confirm with Skip & Cancel Follow-ups.

Changed your mind about a skipped or errored sequence? Open it and click Re-queue Contact to start it fresh.

Sending one now

Want a specific email to go out immediately instead of waiting for your schedule? Open the step and click Send now. This overrides your send window and daily limit for that one email.

Tip: Need to change several at once? See bulk actions in the queue.
