Adding contacts to your Outreach queue (single & bulk)
Send contacts straight into your outreach queue, one at a time or in bulk.
Once you have found the right contacts, the Add to Outreach flow turns them into a sequenced campaign. You can write with
Penny, our AI copywriter, or apply one of your saved templates — for a single contact or many at once.
Add one contact
- From a contact row (on a brand profile, in the Email Finder, in Audience Builder, or in a list), open the pitch menu and choose Add to Outreach. The contact's email needs to be unlocked first.
- In the window, pick how to write it:
- Write with
Penny — Penny researches the brand and drafts a personalized sequence. You can add an optional angle (for example, "pitch a TikTok series about their new product launch") before clicking Generate Sequence. - A template — choose any saved template to apply it instantly.
- Write with
- In Review & Edit, tweak the emails and timing, then click Add to Outreach. You will see "Added to outreach queue."
If you started a
Penny draft, you can Discard it from the review screen, or minimize the window and let it keep working in the background.
Add contacts in bulk
When you select multiple contacts and choose Add to Outreach from the bottom action bar, the window adapts to the group:
- Write with
Penny queues a personalized sequence for every contact. Penny writes each one in the background — you will see "X sequences queued for writing," and you can track progress on the Outreach page. - Picking a template applies it to all selected contacts at once and adds them straight to outreach ("X sequences added to outreach").
Contacts already in your queue are skipped automatically, and the summary tells you how many were skipped. When it is done, click Go to Outreach to review the queue or Done to close.
