Strategy advice from Ari

Ask Ari about send rates, deliverability, and getting more from your outreach.

AriAri is your outreach strategy agent — a chat assistant that lives right inside the Outreach page. Instead of digging through stats yourself, you can just ask Ari how things are going, what's working, and where to focus next. Ari can pull your real numbers to answer.

Opening Ari

  1. Go to Outreach.
  2. Click Ari's avatar in the top right (on mobile, tap the Chat with Ari about your outreach row).
  3. A chat panel opens. Type your question and hit send.

What to ask

Ari is built to talk through outreach performance and strategy. The starter prompts give you a feel for it:

  • "How is my outreach performing?"
  • "What copy gets the best replies?"
  • "Which contacts have replied?"

Behind the scenes, Ari can check your stats, recent activity, top-performing subject lines, your queue, and your contacts to ground its answers in your actual data — you'll see little pills like "Pulling stats" or "Checking queue" while it works.

Tips for a good conversation

  • Be specific — "Why are my reply rates low this week?" gets a sharper answer than "How am I doing?"
  • Use the New conversation (refresh) button to start fresh when you switch topics.
  • Ari is for advice and analysis. To actually change settings, head to Outreach Settings; to fix stalled sends, see why aren't my emails sending?

Tip: Ari, PennyPenny, ScoutScout, ChaseChase, and PamPam each handle a different part of your outreach — Ari's specialty is strategy and reading the numbers.
