Credits & plans, explained

PitchBrand uses credits to unlock contact emails, and a plan to keep your agents working. Here is how both work, and what each of the three plans includes.

How credits work

Credits unlock contact emails — one credit reveals one contact's email so you can pitch them. Your credit balance and reset date show in the header on your Overview page. Credits refresh each billing period, and your plan determines how many you get:

• Starter — 500 credits per month
• Outreach Plus — 1,000 credits per month
• Agency — a custom credit volume

Note that outreach emails and templates are unlimited on every plan — credits only apply to unlocking contact emails.

The three plans

Every plan includes all five AI agents (Scout, Penny, Ari, Chase, and Pam), unlimited outreach emails and templates, AI-written personalized pitches, the brand discovery database and AI matches, the email finder, a unified reply inbox with thread summaries, campaign analytics, and sending from Gmail, Outlook, or any IMAP inbox.

• Starter — $29/mo or $199/yr. 500 credits per month. Everything above, but no Autopilot.
• Outreach Plus — $49/mo or $349/yr. 1,000 credits per month. This is the most popular plan and the one that adds Autopilot.
• Agency — custom pricing for teams managing multiple creators, with multiple seats, centralized billing, dedicated onboarding, priority support, and volume discounts. Contact support@pitchbrand.co.

What is Autopilot?

Autopilot automatically refills your outreach queue with new matching contacts and queues up pitches, so outreach keeps running without you adding contacts by hand. It is available on Outreach Plus and Agency only — not on Starter.

Choosing and managing your plan

After onboarding you pick a plan to get your agents started. Plan and pricing toggles default to monthly, and choosing yearly saves you money. To change plans, update your payment method, view invoices, or cancel later, open Settings > Billing.
