Upgrading to Outreach Plus (and what you unlock)

Outreach Plus is our most popular plan for a reason: it's the only self-serve plan that includes Autopilot, and it doubles your monthly credits. Here's exactly what you unlock and how to switch.

What Outreach Plus adds

• Autopilot — automatically finds matching brands, writes personalized pitches, and queues them for sending. This is the headline difference: Autopilot is available on Outreach Plus and Agency only, never on Starter.
• 1,000 credits per month — twice the 500 you get on Starter, so you can unlock twice as many contacts.

You keep everything Starter already includes — all five AI agents, unlimited outreach emails, unlimited templates, AI-written pitches, reply tracking, and analytics.

How to upgrade

1. Open Settings → Billing.
2. Click Upgrade plan. This opens your billing portal so you can switch to Outreach Plus.
3. Confirm the change. Your new credit allotment and Autopilot become available on the upgraded plan.

You can also start an upgrade straight from the Autopilot setting. In Outreach Settings, the Autopilot card shows Autopilot is available on Outreach Plus with an Upgrade to Outreach Plus button that takes you to the same Billing screen.

Turning Autopilot on

Once you're on Outreach Plus, head to your Outreach Settings and toggle Autopilot on. You'll need a connected email account first — if you don't have one, the toggle prompts you to Connect an email to enable Autopilot.

Tip: Pair Autopilot with a sensible daily limit and sending schedule so pitches go out steadily. See your send limit and schedule.
