Meet your AI team: Scout, Penny, Ari, Chase & Pam

PitchBrand runs on a team of five AI agents. Each has a job and a place in the app, and together they cover the whole flow from finding brands to managing replies. Here is who does what.

Scout — research

Scout finds brands that match your niche, audience, and style. It greets you during onboarding, surfaces recommended contacts on your Overview page, and on the Brands page it has its own chat panel (labeled Brand Research Agent) where you can describe what you are looking for — like "Find sustainable fashion brands" — and Scout searches the database and filters the table for you.

Penny — pitch copywriting

Penny writes personalized pitches in your voice. You will meet Penny inside the compose window, where the panel is labeled Copywriter Agent. Tell Penny what to write — "Write me a pitch," "Give me 5 subject line options," "Write a short, casual intro" — and it researches the brand and drops the pitch and subject line straight into your editor.

Ari — outreach strategy

Ari is your Outreach Agent, available from the Outreach page. Open Ari's chat to ask about how your outreach is performing, which copy gets the best replies, and which contacts have replied. Ari pulls your real stats, activity, queue, and contacts to answer.

Chase — automated follow-ups

Chase handles your follow-ups, sending them automatically until a brand replies — then stopping. Chase works behind the scenes on your outreach sequences, so you do not have to remember to nudge anyone. You manage the follow-up schedule from the Outreach page.

Pam — inbox triage

Pam is your Inbox Agent, found on the Inbox page. Pam helps you triage, organize, and manage your replies — ask things like "What needs my attention?", "Archive all out-of-office replies," or "Who should I follow up with?" Pam can read threads, update labels, archive clutter, and open the right conversation for you.
