Reply tracking uses PitchBrand's built-in reply detection system. A "reply" is defined as any non-automated response from a brand contact. Auto-replies, out-of-office messages, and bounce-backs are excluded.
Campaign size, subject line, and content analysis is based on anonymized and aggregated data. No individual creator or brand data is exposed.
All percentages are rounded. Where sample sizes are small (fewer than 100 pitches in a segment), data is noted as directional rather than statistically significant.
